  • Ditch the scale or any other gadget that dictates how you feel about yourself on the daily–those machines don’t know shit

  • Unpack the body image baggage the early 2000s left as a parting gift (looking at you, low-rise jeans 🙄)

  • Begin to create a healthy relationship with your body rooted in gratitude and neutrality–body positivity welcome, but not required

Makeover Your Mindset: Kick your inner mean girl to the curb–she’s way past due on rent. Use this call to:

  • Spot your inner critic who thinks she’s the HBIC—and kindly remind her that she’s not calling the shots anymore

  • Mindful Eating Practices: Say goodbye to the “all-or-nothing” diet drama. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s cues and enjoy food without guilt—yes, even dessert.

  • Intuitive Movement: Punishment workouts are out, and joyful movement is in. You’ll discover ways to move that you actually enjoy and celebrate everything your body can do.
