Sexuality and sensuality in women is a topic that I have not heard talked about in my circle for I think a couple of reasons that we explore in this episode. If it’s a part of our every day lives, so why is not discussed more?  I’m chatting with my friend Carley Weissert, a coach who supports women in embodying their most confident, fully self-expressed, sexy-as-hell selves. She shows her clients how to achieve radical approval for every single part of their being, provides a safe container for them to discover their authentic selves, and helps them bloom into the most free, radiant, lit-up version of themselves they’ve ever been.

The hardest part of growth is that it’s sometimes uncomfortable and I imagine that sensuality and sexuality may be just that for some of you.
